Wellness Coaching
Today more people are becoming concerned with their health and wellness but are faced with challenges that make it difficult to focus and achieve what they desire. Our modern lifestyle of sedintary inactivity, poor eating habits and high stress jobs has made true wellness an elusive and difficult goal for many people. As a coach, I can help those that desire to make a positive change in the following:
- Identifying goals and objectives, such as weight loss.
- Discovering how it is that a goal is important to the client.
- Identifying how the goal aligns or does not align with clients values.
- Assessing how achieving the goal would change the clients life.
- Looking at what effect reaching a goal would have on others.
- Holding client accountable for doing what he/she promises to do.
- Inspiring and encouraging client to work toward the goal.
- Celebrating successes with client.
- Constructing an action plan with the client.
- Helping the client discover strengths and the confidence to succeed.
Through the coaching partnership, I hope to be able to inspire clients to reach their wellness goals by helping them define those goals, supporting their successes and celebrating the positive changes the client experiences in his/her life by discovering a healthier lifestyle.
